01Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the Pyromaniac Duck website at pyromaniacduck.com (the “Site”). By browsing the Site you agree to them. If you disagree, please stop using the Site. Our mobile apps are covered separately by the Terms of Service.
02Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or disrupt the Site’s operation;
- scrape, crawl or harvest content at a rate or in a way that burdens the Site, except as permitted by our robots.txt;
- use the Site to send spam or to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone; or
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law.
03Content and intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, animations, code, app names and icons — is owned by Pyromaniac Duck or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution or press use of our name and logo to refer to us (see our press kit).
“Pyromaniac Duck” and our logo are our trademarks. Other names, such as Google Play, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement.
04Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party websites and services, including the Google Play Store. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
05Communications with us
If you email us, you are sending the message voluntarily. We handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information by email unless we have asked for it.
06Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email info@pyromaniacduck.com with a description of the work, where it appears on the Site, your contact details and a statement that you are authorised to act for the rights holder. We will review and respond promptly.
07Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, or that information on it is complete or current.
Information about apps (features, availability, pricing) may change and may differ from what is shown on Google Play. The Google Play listing is the authoritative source.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pyromaniac Duck will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY / STATE]. Courts in [YOUR COUNTRY / STATE] have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
10Changes
