You are in control of your data. Use this page to ask us to delete your account and any personal information we hold from Pyromaniac Duck apps.
01How to request deletion
To delete your account and associated personal data from any Pyromaniac Duck app, send us an email from the address linked to your account:
- To: info@pyromaniacduck.com
- Subject: Data deletion request
- Include: the app name, your account email or username, and whether you want everything deleted or only specific data.
02Verification
To protect your account we may ask you to confirm that the request really comes from you — for example by replying from the registered email address or confirming a detail only you would know.
03What gets deleted
When we process a deletion request we will delete or anonymise:
- your account profile and sign-in identifiers;
- content and settings stored in connection with your account;
- analytics or usage data that we can link to you; and
- our support correspondence with you, unless we need to keep it for the reasons below.
04What we may keep
We may keep limited information where we are legally required to (for example transaction or tax records), or where it is necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our terms or prevent fraud. We keep it only as long as needed. Purchase records held by Google Play are controlled by Google and are not deleted by us.
05How long it takes
We aim to confirm your request promptly and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups may take a little longer to be overwritten. We will email you when it is done.
06Apps without accounts
If an app does not require an account, data stays on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings removes it. If you believe we hold other data about you, email us and we will help. See also our Privacy Policy.
